One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a founder & CEO is that scale is a function of your team. Without a strong team, no matter how hard you work, your company will simply not grow.

As we look to the future towards our mission of creating the world’s most impactful leaders, Lori and I feel so fortunate to have had an incredible leadership team surrounding us.

I’m excited to share that Tommy Perkins is expanding his role to SVP of Sales, Partnership & Customer Success. Tommy has been instrumental in helping us develop relationships with some of the world’s largest enterprises, and I am thrilled to see him partnering even closer with our customers to advise them on how to deploy best-in-class coaching at scale. He makes strong, empathetic leadership look easy.

We’re also investing in innovation around our product and engineering teams. Piyush Gupta will become our Chief Product Officer, leading the charge as we create a new category with our unified coaching enablement platform – the first purpose built coaching platform to manage, scale and measure coaching at all levels. This expands on our proprietary coaching software that has supported all of our coaching engagements – the only platform that actually adapts to the way people learn. It was Piyush and Lori’s close partnership that brought this coaching process to life, leveraging technology to scale the magic that happens between a coach and coachee to all leaders.
