Don’t Prepare Leaders for the Future. It’s Already Happening

Amid continuous disruption, accelerated growth and rapid fire change, workers are experiencing a real threat: Technology is eliminating jobs. As a result, developing what’s called “significant skills” will be a savior for people looking to protect their jobs from automation, and leadership coaching will be key. No longer solely for C-suite executives, leadership coaching is a necessity not a perk.

During this Leader Talk, Iyad Uakoub, senior director of behavioral science for Sounding Board, will discuss what skills leaders must have to guard against elimination and how to develop them.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

  • How leadership coaching can shape and develop the future workforce.
  • Why it’s critical to use technology to scale leadership coaching.
  • How leadership coaching fits into the future of work and digital transformation dynamic.
  • How technology boosts human intelligence, and why talent leaders should focus on upskilling capabilities.
