I recently posted on one of the biggest challenges I’ve had to face as a leader of a fast-growing company. While I’ve built global teams before, I’ve learned that leadership is truly a constantly evolving practice. I guess that’s why leading teams can be so fulfilling and also completely challenging – the work is never “done”.
