Say the Hard Things

I recently posted on one of the biggest challenges I’ve had to face as a leader of a fast-growing company.  While I’ve built global teams before, I’ve learned that leadership is truly a constantly evolving practice. I guess that’s why leading teams can be so fulfilling and also completely challenging – the work is never “done”. 

As I always do when I’ve had a new insight, I talked to my coach about it. Here’s an excerpt of my conversation with Lori. Would love to hear what this stirs up in for all of you out there and hear your own challenges and learnings as you’ve learned to “say the hard things”.
