Turn Lemons into Lemonade

How are people feeling this morning? The best way to describe my emotional state and what I’ve observed of others has been what I’ve now coined “the cry-laugh”. For so many of us, we’ve been experiencing a roller coaster of challenges AND connections and the emotional ups and downs that come with it.

On some days, the challenges make me feel overwhelmed or needing a good cry. On others, I’ve laughed and connected with others more deeply than I have in a long time.

I spoke with my one of my favorite culture leaders, Craig Forman (He / Him) on this topic and some of my other observations as a CEO in leading others and the HR tech industry through a crisis in the last few months.
